Hi Reader,
Happy Friday friend!
What a week it has been! I can’t believe we are already here at the weekend again. We were out of town last weekend and came home to no air conditioning. Living in the south, we kinda run it all the time haha.
We do have pockets of days where we either have the windows open because it’s a pretty cool day or a fire in the winter. If we had to have no a/c this week, then it was the perfect week to go out. It’s been cool in the mornings and evenings and just really nice weather. The part has been ordered and will be fixed soon. So thankful!
In saying all that, it was really hard to cook this week. I just didn’t want to heat the kitchen up to make it even hotter in the house. I made do and just did cold stuff. One night, we just had cheese and crackers lol for dinner.
I decided to make these cute little beef sliders. They were quick and easy to make. Perfect for kids, bbq’s or crazy week nights.
Because it’s been so hot, I’m late getting my newsletter out to you. So sorry about that and I will resume next week with more to share.
Grass-Fed Beef Burgers
These are the tastiest little burgers I’ve ever had. Both kids and adults love them!
