“Do what you can, with what you have.” ~ Wendy Walker
Hi Reader,
Happy Weekend!
I’m loving the weather right now. We are finally out of the sticky hot summer and I’ll take it! I think everywhere is starting to cool off. It’s the perfect time for those Fall campfires, sitting around with friends and family.
I’ve been working on a truly healthy homemade marshmallow and graham cracker recipe over the Summer. I have my recipe just the way I like it and I’m excited to share them with you. Paired with a cleaner chocolate bar, I’m also sharing with you my Homemade (From Scratch) S’mores. Learn the history of how this yummy dessert came about. Be sure and save this email so you can reference back to it. You can also print the recipes below.

Homemade Marshmallows
These marshmallows are so soft and fluffy. They have just the perfect amount of sweetness from the maple syrup and honey.
These homemade s’mores are unlike nothing you’ve ever had. The marshmallows are soft and fluffy, the graham crackers have the perfect hint of cinnamon and crunch. The chocolate bar is creamy and out of this world.
I’m loving the colors of tan, brown, pumpkin and green for Fall. Wait until you see this Fall throw/blanket. The green is perfect and is super cozy!
This brown sweater is perfect to wear all season long! So cozy!
I just had to have these pumpkin pillows. The best part is they are covers so all I have to do is change them out seasonly (using these inserts) instead of trying to store a bunch of pillows.
I’m loving my side of my porch all decorated for Fall. It gets so much shade, I really can’t grow anything. These mums look so realistic.
S’mores Kit Sitting on a Camp Chair
What are some of your favorite campfire things to do (other than make s’mores haha)? Do you like to tell stories, sing and play music or just relax and eat a good campfire meal?
Stay tuned for next week……
I’ll be sharing some of my favorite soups, chili and stews. They are perfect for over the fire or in the crock pot sitting on your kitchen counter. 😍

Grains - These two companies are my favorite for buying grains and freshly milled flour. The flour is ground on a Unifine mill, which retains all the nutrition due to the process of using stones. No glyphosate, non-gmo, organic clean wheat. If you are just diving in, this is a great place to start.
