Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Little House Simple Living

Do what you can, with what you have. ~ Wendy Walker

Hi Reader,

Hi friend! Well, I survived Hurricane Milton. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to post last week. We didn’t get our power back on until last Friday around 10pm and then our internet just came back on two days ago. I’m still trying to play catch up.

Fortunately, the only damage we had was the front of our property was covered in tree limbs. I also had a small damage to one of my new garden beds. Other than that, we were pretty blessed. We are 2 hours away from each coast but you never know about these storms.

Did you have any damage Reader?

Since it’s fall, the weather is getting cooler outside. It’s all about comfort food this season, right? I’m sharing with you my recipe for Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes Made With Freshly Milled Flour. They are seriously so fluffy and the real butter and maple syrup just makes them even better. So perfect for breakfast or dinner. Your family will love them!

Reader, as always, tag me over on Instagram @lhsimpleliving. I love seeing all things simple living and any recipes of mine you make.

P.S. I truly appreciate all the shares, likes, comments on my posts and over on Instagram. It keeps me going everyday to show up and share any wisdom that I may have.

So, go grab a cup of coffee or tea and I hope you enjoy the reading this week.
