“Do what you can, with what you have.” ~ Wendy Walker
Hi Reader,
Happy Thursday friend!
Here we are at the last weekend of the month. Where does the time go, seriously? 🤷🏼♀️
Do you remember all those onions I’ve been talking about over the past few months? Well, I harvested them all a few weeks ago. I ended up having 105 onions. Not to shabby, I don’t think. Onions are one of the easiest to grow. It’s a “set it and forget it” vegetable. Being so versatile, you can add onions to pretty much any dish. Grab my Guide on How to Plant, Grow and Harvest Onions.
I’m also excited to share my Tuscan Sourdough Loaf recipe. A few weeks ago I added a “Sourdough Mix-Ins” guide to the Subscriber’s’ Library. Get access below 👇🏻 . This loaf along with others, is in the guide.
Hanging the onions outside for a day or two.

Tuscan Sourdough Loaf
The flavors of Tuscany include Rosemary, Oregano and Thyme. Oh, and of course, roasted garlic. It’s perfect alongside any Italian meal or even one of those fancy charcuterie boards.
Here’s the recipe I used in the Tuscan Loaf. In under an hour, you can add this wonderful flavor to so many dishes. I like to freeze portions for later on too.
Reader, don’t forget about the Subscriber’s Library below 👇🏻. It has all kinds of freebies just for my subscriber’s.
