Happy Weekend friend!

We had such a great time camping last weekend. My adult kids love Fort Wilderness at Disney so we went there and celebrate my son’s bday. My granddaughter loved riding around in the golf carts. So fun!

What have you got planned this weekend? Well, since it’s finally Fall, I’m staying in and doing some baking. I have all the windows open along with the screen door in my kitchen. It feels amazing! I really look forward to this time of year all year long. Living in the South, we’ll be able to have the windows up pretty much through April of next year. That is, unless we get super cold nights which we are known to get. No snow, but it does get cold enough here to have fires inside.

I’m sharing a few more Fall breakfast ideas with you. These are easy to make, freeze well and you can eat them up quickly.

These pumpkin protein waffles are so yummy. You can absolutely leave out the protein but I aim to get as much as I can throughout my day so why not put it in waffles, right? Something new I’ve been creating are these Pumpkin Spice Crunch Bagels. They have a nice pumpkin flavor inside and then a crunchy pecan (optional) topping. I then spread my homemade maple pecan cream cheese on top of each slice. So good right out of the oven or pop them in the toaster to reheat.

Don’t forget to grab your FREE phone wallpapers below 👇🏻 .

I’m loving these gingham pillow covers on the porch. I love the ruffles and they are 100% cotton.

Homemaker’s Tip: I don’t buy pillow after pillow. There’s no way I’d have room to store them with all the pillows I love to have around my home each season. I either buy inserts or I just use a pillow that I have. That blue pillow insert is a 20x20 and keep those out during the summertime. I use covers the rest of the year on those. So easy and you can store the covers a lot easier since they just fold up.

Pumpkin Protein Waffles

Start your day off with these protein packed waffles. Plus, they are super yummy during the Fall.

Pumpkin Spice Crunch Bagels

These bagels have just the right amount of pumpkin with a nice pecan crunch topping (optional). Spread my maple pecan cream cheese on top of each slice. Yummy! 🍁

I’m obsessed with this beeswax roll wrap. I’ve been using it with my loves of bread, the bagels and I even cut some cute little pieces for some small bowls. I’ll share more about them soon.
