“Do what you can, with what you have.” ~ Wendy Walker
Hi Reader,
Hello Friday friend!
How are we already in the middle of January 🤦🏼♀️? Well, I finally got all my Chrismtas decor down. I did leave up my wreaths and garland as well as a few small trees. Is it cold where you are? It’s chilly here so the fireplace has been burning for a few days already. I’m loving the coziness!
Since we are kinda bored this month or maybe you feel the need to clean and organize? What better thing to do than clean out your freezer haha. Seriously, it is a good time to do a check on all that food buried in there. I’ve been there friend. I used to find things that were so expired or freezer burned.
I’m sharing all about How to Keep Your Freezer Organized. This is a post I shared several years ago but I’ve updated it for you. If you haven’t grabbed my Freezer Inventory Sheets, just log into the subscriber library below. Just scroll down until the end.
Yummy Valentine’s Day Cookies for your kids or sweetheart. They freeze well and I made a maple cream cheese frosting 😋.
Do you struggle with mystery symptoms? It very well could be your thyroid. Maybe you aren’t even aware your thyroid isn't functioning? Most traditional western doctors only test for TSH (Thyroid Stimuating Hormone) and prescribe Synthroid and tell us to be on our way. That is not enough. Meanwhile, we have people (mainly women) walking around cold all the time, flat out tired, losing the outer part of their eyebrows, constipation, diarrhea, joint pain and so much more.
Grab a copy of the FREE ebook below and start reading before the summit starts. It will begin on January 17th and run through January 22nd. Yes, with proper nutrition and finding the root cause, your thyroid can heal. Your thyroid just doesn’t stop working. There’s something causing it.
Being diagnosed with hypothyroidism or Hashimotos is not a death sentence or mean you have to be miserable the rest of your life. Free yourself from the fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, weight gain, hair loss, cold intolerance and more.
These yummy cookies will be the perfect thing to give to your kids or sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. Soft on the inside with a little crunch on the edges.
Click the image below to sign up for this free summit. The best of the best will be teaching on so many topics. Free yourself from all the horrific symptoms that come along with both Hashimotos and thyroid disease come with. I’ve been where you are. Share with a friend or loved one.
Coming Soon
I’ve got some great Super Bowl recipes I’ll be sharing with you soon. There will be more on organization and another Valentine’s Day recipe. A great stew to serve in a Sourdough fresh-milled bread bowl too. Lot’s of good stuff coming your way this year.

Grains - These two companies are my favorite for buying grains and freshly milled flour. The flour is ground on a Unifine mill, which retains all the nutrition due to the process of using stones. No glyphosate, non-gmo, organic clean wheat. If you are just diving in, this is a great place to start.
