This week’s newsletter is all about Milling Your Own Flour. I’m also sharing one of my favorite bread recipes - Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Loaf. It’s made with fresh milled flour. Super delicious and nutritious. I’m so passionate about it and want everyone to be doing it. I work full-time and still manage to get healthy nutritious bread on the table weekly.

I asked a family member recently (who is on 10-12 prescriptions) a question. “If you are on so many pills, why don’t you feel amazing?” He couldn’t answer me. It was quite sad that he just takes the new pills his doctor tells him to and doesn’t ask questions.

Garden
